I then purchased my 2nd BT30D pro with a bigger power supply after the Fosi CSR answered my inquiries. Unfortunately I received half of my order. I ordered The BT30D pro with the 48V 5A power supply but received the 32V 5A power supply. I messaged Fosi’s CSR and they sent me the right order it cost me postage which is supposed to be refunded. Still waiting on it.
