The tracking showed the item wasn't sent until Thursday evening and will take an extra week to arrive. I am leaving for a month and needed the item by Friday. I contacted Anaconda help multiple times from Wednesday onwards asking to cancel the order as it won't be delivered on time but not a single contact email was responded to. There is no phone number to call. Absolutely terrible service and customer service.

You have to purchase the L shaped bracket separately. Having said that the items arrived very quickly well packed and with good instructions so I’m very happy.
