if you can't sit on those narrow sit bone saddles with cut outs anymore, maybe due to age related issues or medical problems, this saddle may save your cycling passion. it did mine. Thru the years just got to the point where I could not ride 40-50 miles anymore on a narrow saddle that put you on a hard surface on your sit bones. This saddle solves all those issues. Get it adjusted properly, and you don't need a cut out due to how the top is sculptured. I'm back to doing 125-150 mile weeks with back to back days sometimes.
