Very happy with the service and the quality of the genuine Cisco switches and accessories I have ordered from them over the last several years. Cannot say enough great things about Kartech and will continue to order from them

I left a message for them and they fixed it within 2 hours without canceling the order and re-order. SUPER HAPPY with them. I'm not experienced with pricing of the items but I think prices are fair, but I'll be buying more from them because their service is AWESOME! Condition looks good. Appearance is good. Packing was excellent. all parts accounted for. Haven't tested them yet. Wish they came with powercord but no biggie. 5stars!
