Customer service is non-existent with their only reply being "No worries did you want to return the items?" not so much as a sorry just a dismissive seller who took no accountability for their mistakes.Reply from: duckys_bargins- Feedback replied by seller duckys_bargins.- Feedback replied by seller duckys_bargins.I offered a return and refund several times I just list the items I am given to list as my job I am not an expert nor do I watch Anime to know. The number of the episodes on the back of the cases seamed to matched so I assumed it was complete.
