    I find that buying used electronics on eBay is a risky proposition; about 50% of the items I receive are defective. This item is one of them. Seller advertised an IBM Travelstar HHD but sent a Toshiba HDD instead. My Dell notebook BIOS could not detect this HHD on startup and prevented BIOS from detecting the CD drive as well. I purchased a more expensive Travelstar from a local computer clinic that works perfectly. To Seller's credit, Seller promptly refunded price + shipping.
