I ordered a brand new item, but when it arrived it was a retired library book. An error on the seller's part, which they made EVERY effort to correct once they were made aware. After reviewing this seller's feedback, one learns it's something he does frequently. Sell a book, refuse to honer the sale, list the same book at a higher price. I should've check the feedback, my mistake. Seller responded with tracking, several days later still not shipped.

The picture is of the 3rd Edition, but the 4th Edition was shipped, which was ok with me. Appearance is a little different as the cover isn't the same but again that's ok. Shipping seemed a little long, but I wasn't in a super hurry so a few more days was ok, plus it came book class which takes a little longer and tracking isn't as good.
