    TOTAL FRAUD and seller is ignoring multiple emails to correct situation. Thought I was dealing with a reputable seller. I got suckered and am NOT HAPPY. This back is not new with tags. It is used, with tags applied to it. Backpack is stained, sticky, and has particle residue in it (although someone tried to wash it to pass it off as new ). ITEM COMPLETELY MISREPRESENTED. SELLER STOLE MY MONEY. Guess I ll have to try to get e-bay to resolve. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE ITEM AND SELLER CONDUCT.
