Has a large very visible stain on the sleeve that the seller did not disclose in the description and claims they did not notice (hard to miss). Very nonchalant about this and offered no resolution other than just return it. Did not offer a partial refund to cover the cost of dry cleaning. When they received it, they said it was stained. I told them that I hadn't seen any stain when I sent it, and offered a refund if they sent it back. They refused again and threatened to leave negative feedback if I didn't do as they wanted. I wouldn't be bullied. So that's what they did.
