When contacted all the person did was lie saying that they called the logistics department. They said that they were on the road, but they stopped at a place. It may take a few days to get to you. Can you wait a few more days? I got this exact message twice. Second issue is that the item was advertised as having an internal battery but it doesn't have one. So the camera is no good for my intended use.
