    Perfect replacement part

    My furnace burner was having a non start issue occasionally. All nozzles and filters and other adjustments were tried but the problem persisted. On a hunch I decided to just change the igniter. Installation was fast and easy and Ive had no problems for the past few weeks.

    Excellent Electronic "Transformer"

    Pros:works well easily installed , all the wire nuts and machine screws required are included in the package. For my furnace just cut off clips on wires & strip 3/4" for wire nuts. Blue on this igniter goes to the black wire on furnace. White wire with stripe goes to white (neutral) on my furnace. Con: the only difficulty with electronic "transformers" when they fail they fail hard (no shaking them to revive as with oil filled transformer). pro: when they fail you know the problem.

    "Works great"

    My furnace would started tripping every two or three days. Tightened all the wiring connections and it didn't trip for a month to a month and a half, then it started tripping again so I ordered this transformer and replaced the old one. Hasn't tripped in two weeks so I hope it's fixed.
