1 out of 3 I guess isn't that bad.
Came in a pack of three sensors. Out of the three, only one was able to connect to my iphone and my network. Even after replacing the old batteries (which some folks have recommended), still only got one of the three sensors to work. Three stars because of the one sensor that is working, it seems to be working fine. The app seems fairly intuitive once connected, and the sensors seem to detect water immediately which is nice. Even though two of them won't connect, I am using them as (really expensive) stand alone sensors because they do emit a loud perch once moisture is detected.

Highly recommended especially if you have a basement!
The reason I went with Moen is because of the app, I'm highly cautious of using foreign apps because of security issues, Moen is based in North Olmsted, Ohio. Also Moen's smart leak water detector app works seamlessly with my iPhone. Not only does it check for water leaks, but it gives you room temperature and humidity. I have 6 placed throughout my basement.

Monitor work well
Monitor work extremely well. The problem that I experienced was with the shipping of the monitors. The batteries weren't secured properly and several of my initial monitors were originally damaged. However, I received new ones that work well.
