    The item was shipped well and arrived exactly as described. Unfortunately, it was not a perfect fit for my cello. That said, the seller was very responsive and understanding throughout. After a brief email and pictures of the issue, the seller issued a return label and promptly refunded my money. Good communication and integrity go a long way. Even though the part did not work out, I am very satisfied with my experience and would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again.

This was not the seller's fault, as they packaged the item well with lots of bubble wrap; I suspect the post office was not kind to the box during shipping~I contacted the seller and they responded right away and refunded me, which I greatly appreciate~I would recommend this seller 100%~They are very professional~
