I received no shipping information for over a week, although the stated dispatch time was “within 3 days”. I contacted snow*boy via eBay about this delay but received no reply for over a week. A shipping label was later created at Australia Post but my order was not received by AP until 2-7-2025 (10 days after I placed the order). To date 3-7-2025, I have not received my order. Item as described but there were electrical differences with my model washing machine, nevertheless, a positive experience and would buy again from this supplier.
