Buyer asked for a partial refund instead of returning back. Which we did as a courtesy. We would have been more than happy take the item back for a full refund. Buyer chose economy shipping which was USPS ground advantage that's the reason why shipping took longer. But we always add a quicker shipping option but buyer didn't choose that option. Buyer had the option for a full refund... but chose to keep the item instead.....
