No communication, never told me how he was going to make it right…just showed up days after I had needed it…now I am stuck with something I no longer need since it didn’t arrive when it was supposed to and I was forced to get the replacement at retail markup. He made me feel like it was my fault he sent it to another state. I communicated with him that I would replace the item. The post office sent it to the wrong location and a case was opened. I have no control over USPS. The label printed the address on the customers account, I had no influence on the address. The customer doesn't understand the sometimes USPS get's in wrong. I have block this customer from further purchases and if you're a seller I recommend doing the same.
