Very good stretching exercises
Miranda explains how the exercises work to increase strength by relaxing and stretching. I appreciate the ankle strengthening section as I broke both the tibia and fibula just above an ankle and have internal hardware now. I'm working on strengthening those muscles once again.

It was not packed properly. The box was crushed. As a result the dvd case was damaged and doesn"t. click shut. I had to duck tape it back together. However the DVD works.
