They apologized and said they would send a replacement bracelet. I reached out after a couple weeks and they said they would check on it. It’s been several weeks and now they have stopped any communication. Also, I chose this company because they say they are from GBP but the bracelet was shipped from China. I would not recommend doing business with them.
