    The hitch receiver was new as described and good value. Package was really beat up and looked like it got ran over by a Mack truck and the corner for the safety chain loop was bent. Not too worried about that since it can straighten and still usable. Happy with the part. Shipping price was great! Good communication and Ebayer!

    Heavy duty ramps shipped VERY quickly. Only issue is that the small parts needed to fasten the ramps together (to form one big ramp) and the straps to secure to truck were missing upon delivery. I contacted the seller, and they replaced the missing hardware with no issues. Good folks to deal with!! NOTE: I made a suggestion to the seller that the small parts be shipped separately. These ramps are heavy and clumsy to handle. An attached package is easily separated and lost in shipping.
