    Could tell they were refurbished and not to highest degree. Sound port on right side bud screen was not OEM and was falling out. Volume control on the right bud itself was not working. All in all the headphones work and Volume can be controlled on phone. Battery life is adequate and noise canceling does work as well.

    These are the BOMB!

    Unless you are some hootsie-tootsie audiophile writing for some hootsie-tootsie PC/Audio magazine and are concerned with nothing but numbers or you have super-duper hearing these BQC II earbuds are the bomb! The sound stomped my cheaper pair, NO COMPARISON! Great sound, Great fit, Great price and they've been refurbed by BOSE!! They are like new! But, if you wanna spend the $$$'s be my guest. These came packaged just like new and the sound is pure Bose...you can't beat it!

    A Trusted Brand, but My Trust is Wavering

    My experience with these Bluetooth earbuds has been quite frustrating. When attempting to connect, I noticed two separate connections. When I connected to one, only the left side seemed to work, and when I connected to the other, only the right side functioned. To differentiate them, I even went ahead and named one "Pongpong" for the left side and the other "Penguin" for the right side. However, my troubles didn't end there. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I decided to reset the earbuds. Surprisingly, after doing this, the Bose app now displays two entirely new devices with the names "Pongpong" and "Penguin." This has left me wondering what might be wrong with this product. Overall, my experience with these earbuds has been marred by connectivity issues and confusion surrounding the ...

    Great sound, not dependable

    I'm so disappointed. The music and phone calls were great for a few days. The sound was amazing. Best ear-buds I've ever heard. But began having trouble with phone calls, then had trouble connecting to i-phone, then could only hear call in right ear. I would love to have these work like they did the 1st week. I can't take a chance, these are primarily for work calls. I was considering buying a pair for my wife, but these are not dependable.

    The best headphones ever.

    The headphones are extremely comfortable and does an excellent job of blocking out external noises. The accompanying Bose App works great on my iPhone in tangent with the headphones. I especially love the feature that cuts off the sound in the headphones if I need to remove one in order to speak with someone or listen out for something important.

    great sound and value

    Best ear buds I ever owned. One of the things I like about them is the ability to connect multiple devices at the same time. Every other ear buds I've owned, I would have to disconnect a previous device before connecting a device that I was currently using. I guess that's a function of the latest Bluetooth but a real convenience if the other device is upstairs and I'm in the kitchen with my tablet and earbuds. The price was great for refurbished ear buds that were in like brand new packaging. The box does note they are refurbished.
