      while it was a full product, the smell was slightly off, and the lid wasn't included which makes me question the quality of the product.

      Hi I would never send a cream without the lid that would be unethical and the cream would be all inside your package so it would not be full as you stated. This cream has a citrus smell of lemons so I don't know what you are smelling?
