    Buyer is correct and there was a mix up between the address when sending orders, buyer was rude and had claimed multiple times that I personally did not send a refund, which I did. They had sent 2 messages within 12 hours and then opened a claim not giving me a chance to look it or even respond. all for an Item that was $10 shipped at my expense. Once again buyer is rude, entitled and needs a reality check, sellers beware.
