Wonderful read if you have ADHD and need something to perfectly describe how you feel and have better control/ understanding of it. I would also recommend even if you don't have ADHD just to understand those who do cause chances are you know or are close to someone with ADHD. I seriously loved every second of this book, and it was later out perfectly to keep my attention lolz... also i t helped me in my relationship cause not only do I have it my boyfriend does as well... so 10/10 would recommend
