Extreme Weather Pet door works
I installed this door into my mobile home door which is right across from the thermostat. Before, my floor was so cold, I couldn't walk barefoot on it in the winter time. Now I can, and do not notice a difference in the temperature of the floor. This should be a great heat saver when the west winds blow. I do have a variety of sizes of dogs. Be sure to mount it at the right height to insure comfort for the dog when using the door. My smallest dog is a Corgi and my biggest dog is part great dane and he has to wiggle to get through it because it had to be set lower in the door for the others to get in and out. Hindsight tells me I probably should have gotten a size larger, but that error is on me not the pet door.

Good Product - Install not so much
It is a good product. Protects against the weather but install is very difficult. Inner frame is flimsy making it hard to install in door. Once installed it works great.

Cheaper than petsmart
Easy to install and so far no draft at all. My dog uses it with ease. The "closure" door doesn't lock, but the hole is too small for any burglar to use, so I'm not concerned.
