      Plug and Play so easy to do.

      This Woodland Scenics , plug and play is the very best for lighting up your train set, you don't have to know anything about wiring and electric to be able to set this up. I think it is the best in the world the wires are small but easy to use, I would not have been able to put lights on my train set if it were not for these. It is plug and play just like it says, all you have to do is grab one of their directions pages that they have where ever they sell it and decide what you need and get going. I must say that you should check out everything that they offer because there are some things that you may need there are two different types of cables that they sell and make sure you get the ones you need.       Very sensitive

      The wires are extra thin which makes it difficult to see and to tie together. The best way is to solder the three wires together (3 lamps are connected to one connector). It should be small enought so it can fit in the connector.

      best mashup of oscale and ho scale I've ever found

      I'm making a o scale model of the Grand Central Station New York and wanted to make the retail lower section as accurate as i could. The lights on the exterior ballard wall had lamps on them. O scale lamps looked way too big and until this product came available no ho scale looked right. It was VERY EASY to install and the scale is perfect. Thanks Woodland Scenics. I rated it as not durable only because while I was making the model it tipped over on its top side and broke all of the lamps. So I quickly ordered new ones and my dumb mistake is a thing of the past. David Suplee

      "Lamp attractive wires too small"

      The lamppost itself is attractive. The electrical wires are too fine do not have a removable coating/covering to strip off. The wires are as fine as the hair on your head and are enameled. The wires are too fine to run thru a table top and travel (3) feet to the W.S. hook-up cables without breaking. W.S was contacted and will not consider any solution if you shorten the wires. Disappointed and confused.
