Each page is a detailed and fascinating representation of different areas of Westeros You can view each layout individually, then you can unfold it from a different direction and all the pages come together to make a fantastic 3D map of the land. Very Disappointing
When I read the reviews on this product I thought Yay! it will help me have a better understanding of the layout as I read the books. However it is not an accurate depiction at all. It does not include Casterly Rock, Riverrun, Iron Islands, The Dreadfort, Bear Island, Deepwood Motte, Moat Caitlin, The Neck, The Twins, Vale of Arryn, The Fingers, Storms End, Dorne, North of the Wall, or any of the free cities. It has awesome pop up renditions of King's Landing, The Eyrie, the Wall, Winterfell, Vaes Dothrak, Qarth, and Pentos. But again, it doesn't give you any idea of the placement of them on the actual map. I took pictures of the maps in the books and put them together. That helped tremendously. This is stunning. It is a technical marvel. Amazing detail and construction. I'm hooked on Game od Thrones and I'm proud to admit it. I can watch episodes multiple times and never tire of the characters or the marvelous presentation. I can't wait for season 6 to start. I love the mother of dragons best and I curse the fact that I'm way to old to have a chance with her. Still...she is a true beauty and makes an already wonderful show even better.
