Finally got the blade bolt broken loose after soaking it down with PB Blaster overnight and using a socket and breaking bar so I can put a new blade on it. Missing the blade wrench. Saw sounds like it is dragging on the braking mechanism. Straightened out the bent blade cover lever. Well, guess you get what you pay for.
