There was barely any wear on the exterior (minor scuffs) and barely any use on the keyboard--it was essentially spotless! The screen and trackpad were both spotless. Battery health is at 98% with roughly 125 cycles logged. The item is fully functional (far better than what it was described as) and came with all the listed accessories. For the price, this item exceeded my expectations!

The condition is as described, if not better. My only issue is it was listed as SIM/eSIM compatible, and while it does have a sim slot, this serial number does not have WWAN antennae included. I had to buy a separate hotspot device. At the end of the day, I've had much worse experiences on ebay and this seller is above and beyond most others.
