    The item was in the EXACT condition expressed on the listing. The pictures left a transparent impression on the condition of the case, and specially the CD itself, which is often left out. The packaging was top notch, and everything was well protected, considering as this is a Collector's Edition, it should be well protected. The shipping was speedy, as well as the processing time.
