Item despatched on time. However the shipping company in Australia was very unsatisfactory
first they lied and said they attempted delivery which they did not. then did not answer 3 requests to arrange redelivery.
Finally I drove to warehouse and demanded they find it.
Very chaotic. no scanning of items and i would not use them as you will have many parcels go missing
