Item did not arrive, and seller unwilling to help. I was informed that the item was delayed, so i waited a week to contact seller. So now the item is past the eBay guarantee time so eBay won't help. Seller asked me to check with neighbors which i did without success. I contacted the eBay seller one more time to try to get a resolution but received no reply.

Then they had the hide to ask for full positive feedback before refund, Scam.
