I require a small pond type pump to transfer water from bucket up into my aquarium. My old method was lifting 20 litre buckets from floor to chest height then empty into the aquarium without spilling and making a huge mess. So I bought the 3000 Aqua and what a difference, no back strain, no mess or destroying the tank fawner three times as fast taking into consideration no lifting the bucket just transferring the pump from one bucket to the next. The only modification was to add a 90 degree elbow to the intake. Also vey easy to service the impeller or shaft if ever needed. Yours Sincerely Anthony_577

Not a bad pump for the price, but it outputs 1/2 of my previous 3000l/h pump which was rated for the same head height. Previous pump did cost a more though. Very quiet.

The pump arrived promptly and seems to be of good quality. It did not include a filter inside the impeller housing but from past experience they only tended to get full of slime build-up anyhow. It will be intersting to see how this one goes without the plastic mesh filter. Whilst the pump came with 2 hose size adaptors there was no elbow fitting so the delivery hose can be seen from the surface which is a pitty.

My husband purchased the pump to replace our old one, it was not only a great price, but he is always commenting on how you cant hear it running( much quieter than our old one). Not only that it was the quick postage that blew us away arriving before the stated time.

Would have better if it came with a spray diffuser or fountain attachment, but other than that its a great little pump. Now I have to find some fittings that fit the thread on it? Looked on your site but couldn't see any :) cheers Jan
