I contacted the seller and they will only give me a partial refund this ring arrived with a pearl missing this company is disgusting

New, well packed ring, as ordered was sent. After 1+ month, we were told Wrong item was sent. Returns was outside eBay's policy but we accepted this return to deliver excellent service to our buyer. Ring sent back was used, Not taken care of, a right off. EBay's advice was No return, No refund was obligatory but still we refunded most of money paid for a damaged item returned. For last 18+ years as eBay seller, we thank our buyers for giving us 5 stars for customer service
