No good for purpose
One needs 250 - 1000 mg/day of Pure DMG depending on specific health problems. But as it is this product has so many other ingredients involved in the production which does not make it pure. So the 125 mg on the container cannot be truly said to be 125 Pure DMG. I have been taking it and have not seen any benefit to my arthritic knee.

DMG is a great remedy for cramp
DMG (otherwise known as Pangamic Acid) gives very fast relief from cramp, literally within a couple of minutes. I recommended this to a mountain climber friend of mine who found it so effective that now all members of his group have DMG with them wherever they go, as cramp is a common problem for climbers. The cramps are caused by a build up of waste products in the muscles which interferes with the metabolism of oxygen. DMG enhances oxygen metabolism in cells and so deals with this problem very effectively and quickly. It is also very useful for scuba diving, as the enhanced efficiency of oxygen metabolism reduces air consumption. This results in longer dives from a finite air supply. Compressed air is expensive, but DMG is a cheap way of getting much better use from it. I hope this ...
