    Healthy Origins Vitamin D3, 5000iu x 360 Softgels D-3 5,000IU - Very good ingredients, good strength, easy to take.

    I was diagnosed as vitamin D deficient. My GP said I should take a supplement. I researched it, and read Dr Holick's book "The Vitamin D solution". At my net check-up, my GP was pleased that my vitamin D level is now very good! The original online shop where I bought this brand & strength no longer stock these, so I'm very pleased to find them on ebay. I was a few months without them. I don't know if it's a coincidence but my arthritis got worse in that time. Now I've been taking these again for a few weeks, and my joints feel much better, much less achy. Dr Mercola's website also has a lot of useful information about vitamin D.

    Crumbly bone! Just do it!
