The L'Oreal HIP Pure Pigment gives the buyer the option to choose either a natural or more intense look with just a slight application modification. Should the user prefer a more precise application, this pigment shadow stick can be sharpened with the optional L’Oreal Paris Dual Sharpener for more pinpoint application. I have tried to contact the seller twice without reply. Product blister was loose and half of the product missing. Not what was listed as brand new and sealed in the package. Very disappointed. It was sent in a reasonable amount of time but not as described. Also that they did not bother to reply to my requests leaves a lot to be desired in a seller that I thought had a good reputation. Will NOT buy from them again, $20 down the drain.

I wrote the seller over a month ago the crayons won't be buying from them anymore ordered a lot of crayons from another seller already this seller has repeatedly sent me for the last 3 months dry crayons that won't run nor included in any sort of protective packaging I understand that they opted to sell them like that per the description but iseems that might have something to do with attempting to cover up their expiration or lot origins as they obviously are being sourced from defective source
