    little device-big job

    I have a portable generator that I use in case of power outages. That's the main reason anyway. To store the generator I have to drain out all of the gas. I put a "T" in the gas line from the tank to the carburetor. I then added a 2' gas line to the "T" and put this gas valve in the line maybe 6" from the end. After the tank is drained, I drain the gas from the gas bowl connected to the carburetor and I'm ready to store. The valve works like a charm.

    solved my springtime woes.

    every year depite storing lawn equipment with stabilizer in fuel I would have trouble with the carbs on small engines this simple valve solved my problems by simply turning off fuel supply and running engine till there was no fuel left in the carb.

    What can I say? It's a shut off valve.

    Easy to install. I didn't even need to use clamps. Cut the fuel line, slide the fuel line over the hose barbs with the arrow pointing in the flow direction. Valve opens and closes easily.

    Improvements at a very reasonable cost.

    This addition to our pressure washer will improve the the condition of the gasoline. Previously there was no means of shutting off the fuel to the carburetor so it would get clogged due to varnish build-up when sitting for periods of non-use. Perfect FIT!

    Terrific

    If you have a mower, snow blower, or any small gasoline engine YOU NEED ONE OF THESE. Turn if off at the end of the season and let the engine run 'till it runs out of fuel. You'll like it next season.
