Macht auf ebay den vermerk als Versendet!! Versand aber erst nach über eine Woche zweimal angeschrieben keine rück Antwort bekommen. Sehr schlechter Kontakt ein weiteres mal werde ich mir gut überlegen.

wir bedauern den Vorfall mit der Zustellung bei Ihnen und möchten Ihnen mitteilen, dass der Fehler ausschließlich bei GLS lag.
Leider gab es einige Feiertage, die dazu geführt haben, dass GLS einige Pakete verspätet zugestellt hat.
Wir möchten nochmals darauf hinweisen, dass wir nicht für die Versendung verantwortlich sind und der Fehler leider nur bei den Versandunternehmen liegt.

Der Artikel ist wie Beschrieben aber die Verpackung lässt zuwünschen übrig. Das die Matratze nicht beschädigt ist wundert mich. Sowas wird gerollt und nicht 2mal gefaltet verschickt. 8
