Has some faults, not as good a REFINE cutter it replaced.
After having the REFINE MH1351 for many years and cut thousands upon thousands of stickers without problems till the motherboard finally died I saw this KASA is the same machine which filled me with confidence that I would have many years use out of it with no problems. Well sadly that is not the case, this machine randomly decides not to cut in a certain area, so if you were cutting a wide sticker, chances are at some spot the cutter blade decides to lift a bit and not cut fully, as it just did on a 700mm sticker, so again it's another sticker ruined. It doesn't have the fault in the same spot all the time, it can happen anywhere along its cutting area, if you go harder on the cutting pressure to 80g then it cuts through the vinyl and into the backing paper that can lead to difficulty in ... The cutter head does not lift off far enough also, so as it travels to other areas to cut often it scratches the vinyl on its way, again ruining stickers. I brought this to the sellers attention after purchase and they really just shrugged it off, sort of indicating I didn't use it correctly, more than 10 years using the Refine makes that not the case. I should have pushed hard for a replacement machine as this one has faults, beware if you buy this KASA cutter, it should have been as good as the old REFINE one but somehow it isnt.
