They are more than expected for the price, Hey they even have "First Rate Product "printed on the box and this is true! The components are all made of nice metal and rubbers with no tacky plastic bits. I got two of these to use for room mics and they work great reaching just a tad above two meters when fully extended. Very steady base with no chance of knocking them over unless rather drunk.
