A book for both sexes
I'm a young professional and female. Sheryl opens your eyes to restrictions you face without even realising. Many of the feeling Sheryl discusses definitely ring true. A perfect read for both female and male that women should have a seat at the table.

Good and easy read, but eventualy on page 50 you realize that you are reading the same thing over and over. Girl power is great and yes, society has the change the view of women but first women have to change how they see themselves in society, so its catch 22.
