      Love these guys. The recipes are great, straight forward to follow, so simple to make & delicious. Unusual to find a cook book and you want to try every recipe. A staple on the book shelf for all vegetarians. Love it!!!

      I have all 3 of the Happy Pear vegan/vegetarian cook books. The vegetarian recipes can easily be changed to vegan. The recipes are easy with no fuss. I have passed on my other books, no need for them.

      This is more than just a cook book. The Happy Pear is a way of life. A positive way to eat leading to a positive life. The book is brimming with amazing recipes. A definite must for anyone wanting to turn towards a more plant based way of eating. I couldn't be without either of the Happy Pear books. This is the first and is worth every penny.
