    I wouldnt say it was exactly the ultimate diabetes cookbook.

    I found the recipes a bit disappointing. My experience of cooking items like Mediterranean tuna pasta salad was not good. I couldn't get my head round the salsa verde and I had no idea what it was supposed to look like. There was a lack of illustrations in this book. I would have liked to see one for every recipe, even if they were only half page photos.

    The book is very dated with some recipes you with the information on diabetes from 2025 would not go near! This is no reflection on the author as at time of printing was the only information he had to go on. There are a few really good recipes some I’ve tried and some I will try.
