      Not your grandpa's Mullards. And that's ok.

      While they are not the NOS Mullards from days gone by, they are an excellent substitute, and when you are re-tubing a PrimaLuna HP Integrated these reissues will save you a small fortune. Very minimal tube noise emanates from your speakers and the dimensional background of the soundstage is well realized. Very happy with the results. Update: tubes have broken since I wrote this review. Dead quiet tubes with a huge black background. Very happy music enthusiast here.

      Mullard Magic

      Very true music rendition. Nice balance between the old soft tube sound and the newer more analytical sound. Replaced the Chinese tubes that came with my amp and was pleasantly surprised. Yeah I know they are Russian made and not the old English Mullards of days gone but you get a taste of the old magic without paying NOS prices.
