Zero communication. Parcels never arrived. I've left multiple messages without response. I reported the packages as not delivered, again no response. I said I'll leave negative feedback if they don't resolve the issue, no response. Once they have your money, you're on your own. It's quicker, cheaper and better customer service to buy the same items from overseas than use these resellers. I wish I had read their reviews before handing over my money. Big mistake... Avoid.
