Listing shows genuine Ducati part in a Ducati box with a genuine filter. Seller sent a cheap copy parts that doesn't fit and refuses a refund. My bike is the right model, just registered a year later. He's using that as an excuse for not refunding me, supposed to be a motorcycle part specialist and doesn't know when parts changed model. Terrible quality and after sales service.

Sent the seller pictures of a genuine filter next to the cheap copy they supplied, which you can see is smaller. The genuine part I had to buy from another place fitted straight on, the fuel filter these supplied was 2mm too small. Very dangerous, you can’t take up slack on the fuel line. Told me I can’t have a refund until I change my feedback, other way around sorry. The genuine one I bought elsewhere was £2 more and fitted perfectly. Terrible knowledge and after sales. Avoid cowboys! 🤦♂️🤡

Seller is probably not thinking of the customer, but the ad for the chrome caps is a bit sketchy. Picture showed 12 +2 equals 14. They arrived (eventually) but only 5 in the pack. I needed 8. The picture misrepresented 3x 4 and two separated, so I thought I was getting a bit more than the 8 I needed. I can’t leave anything but a ‘positive’ comment until after a few days, so the 1 star should be read in full.
