This product doesn't work when you receive it. You have to change the firmware from 1.04 to 1.00. German customs fee is €40 on top ! It works now and it is fantastic. Anyway, a fantastic deal. Anybody having problems, plz contact me for germany, netherlands, belgium, austria or switzerland

Super light with good sharpness
Nice pair of binoculars. Very compact and light (160g in a case). Super sharp on axis, softness at the edge is medium. Low CA on axis and at the edge. Good contrast and brightness. Almost neutral color reproduction, although it is MultiCoated, not FMC. TFOV is 8 degrees. Distortion is pincushion type, medium level. Bad 3d effect (looks like flat field) due to reverse Porro prism type.

These are very high quality Nikon optics with modern coatings. Despite their size, these tiny binoculars provide excellent image quality. I carry them with me everywhere.

Just the best binos I have ever owned!
They are not toys! They are not novelty binos! They are the real deal. I have a pair of Zeiss Hensoldt 8x30s and these are a step above them. They are just great binos and so practical. I have bought 2 pairs now and I'm buying a third pair for a friend. Clear view. The quality of the glass is up there with Zeiss, Steiner and Swarovski. Good field of view. Good depth of field (although not quite as good as my Hensoldts). Clear picture all the way to the edges, no distortion. Good colour rendition. Easy to use, just place the binos between forefinger and thumb and hold them to your eyes like you would if you were imitating the use of binos to someone. Make spectacles of your fingers and thumbs in other words. Brace your thumbs either side of your nose and the side of your fingers to the ... They are not toys! They are not novelty binos! i am very impressed with these binoculars they may not be the most powerful but the clarity is superb,they are so small they fit in any pocket a down side is the lens caps keep falling of in there pouch ,but if that is all then it is nothing,all in all a superb pair of binoculars Philip..
