    Low density foam roller

    Am a newbie at foam rolling so the first one I got was typical high density. Whichever way I used it, it killed my legs big time! After doin a little research, I saw that one needs to gradually work up to high density and begin with low. Duh😕. Problem was low density is 5x more expensive and not nearly as prevalent. Finally got this one and tried immediately. What a difference! Would definitely recommend for anyone thinking of getting into foam rolling large muscle groups.

    Over priced but will be put to good use

    It's little bit firmer than anticipated and it hurts my spine on most days. I've had to add a piece of foam to put between me and my spine. I do think this roller will hold up well over the years. And as other reviewers have written, I don't know how a piece of foam can cost this much to produce!!!

    OPTP Pro Roller

    roller works great because it is long enough to work with most exercises, unlike the 24 inch ones. It is firm but yet soft enough to cause pain like the cheap ones at retail stores do.
