Schlechter Service. Laut DPD angeblich zugestellt. Ware nicht erhalten. Verkäufer hat sich nicht wirklich gekümmert ausser DPD angeschrieben wegen Zustellbeleg. Auf weiter emails wurde nur läppisch geantwortet wir schreiben DPD an mehr können und dürfen wir nicht. Miserable Kommunikation kann ich nur sagen. Ersatzlieferung oder Erstattung durch den Verkäufer nicht zu erwarten. Mir wurde angeboten es nochmal zu bestellen aber auch nochmal zu bezahlen. Bei Problemen nicht zu empfehlen. Nie wieder

Der Käufer hat unsere Sendung bekomen, DPD hat das schriftlich bestätigt, mit Zustellbeleg und Erklärung v. DPD Fahrer wo er das Paket zugestellt hat,Online steht auch zugestellt, schwere Paket ca. 32 kg, wir haben an alle emails vom Käufer geantwortet, von uns wurde alles korrekt gemacht. Wegen Ersatzlieferung, hier ist nicht möglich, da die Sendung beim Käufer zugestellt wurde. Alle Probleme wurden mit dem Käufer besprochen und von uns alles erledigt. Schade für solche Käufer, MFG
