After the purchase, the seller contacted me and offered to pay another 50 dollars for shipping in addition to the 50 that I had already paid. The answer to my demand for an explanation was unclear. I refused. The seller canceled the order and returned the money. No compensation for moral damages, and no apologies.
As I found out, this product is prohibited for international shipment because it contains chemicals that corrode metal.

We clearly explained this item could not be shipped regular post to your specific country due to customs restrictions (with screenshots of the regulations, photos and detailed information). The alternative courier option was more expensive and when you elected not to take this were immediately refunded. You told me send it anyway or you would leave negative feedback and I said no. So not scammers, just honest people who don't lie to customs when bullied
